Warrant arrest

Plano police arrested Alexandra Acosta, 25, of the 300 block of Rosewood Avenue, Aurora, on a failure to appear warrant from DuPage County for retail theft, after conducting a traffic stop at 4:37 a.m., Oct. 12, in the area of Eldamain Road and Galena Road. Acosta was taken into custody, and released after posting bond. She was given a new date to appear in DuPage County Court.

Warrant arrest

Plano police arrested Candelario Gonzalez-Lopez, 38, of the 200 block of North Cook Street, Plano, on a failure to appear warrant from Kendall County for driving while license revoked, after serving a warrant at 7:10 p.m., Oct. 12, in the 200 block of North Cook Street, Plano. Gonzalez-Lopez was taken into custody and transported to the Plano Police Department, where he was later released after posting bond. He was given a date to appear at the Kendall County Courthouse.

Failure to yield

Plano police cited Nicholas S. Kristofer, 25, of the 1200 block of Jim Drive, Sycamore, for failure to yield at a stop intersection, after responding to a report of an accident with unknown injuries at 7:11 a.m., Oct. 15, in the area of Creek Road and Little Rock Road. Paramedics from Little Rock Fox Fire Department attended to both parties at the scene, and there were no transports. Kristofer was given a pending court date at the Kendall County Courthouse.
