Robert K. Bellini

DIXON – Robert K. Bellini, 86, of Dixon, died December 3, 2019, at KSB Hospital, Dixon.

Robert was born September 12, 1933, in Rock Falls, the son of Fiare and Thelma (Jones) Bellini. He served in the US Navy from 1950-1954 during the Korean War on the USS Hopewell DD681 Destroyer, Division 135. He was employed as a salesman and later married Delight Cutler on June 16, 1998 in Kingman, Ariz.

He is survived by his wife of Dixon; daughters, April (Ted) Bellini-Parsons of Albuquerque, N.M. and Susan (Martin) Meusel of Dixon; sons, Brian (Leann) Bellini of Dixon, Bradley Bellini and Jeffrey (Yepi) Bellini of Honolulu, Hawaii; sisters, Maxine Hoagland of Calif. and Donna Rendleman of Dixon; brother, David (Carol) Bellini of Kingman, Ariz.; half-sister, Brenda Bellini-Ulery of Calif.; grandchildren, Stacey, Shawn (Melissa), Scott, Deantha, Douglas, Travis (Gina), Melissa, Alexandria and Jino; and 17 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be Friday, December 6 from 5 to 7 p.m at Chapel Hill Funeral Home in Dixon with the Rosary recited at 4:30 p.m. The funeral will be Saturday, December 7 at 10 a.m. at the funeral home with Reverend Keith Romke officiating. Entombment with military honors will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.

A memorial has been established to the Dixon Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center.
