DIXON – Jennifer Sue Schrock, age 45, of Dixon, died Saturday, February 1, 2020, at her home after a 2-year battle with cancer.

Jennifer was born May 26, 1974, in Dixon, the daughter of James and Janet (Leihsing) Schrock. She was employed as a CNA and also worked at Hardee’s in Dixon.

She is survived by her mother, Janet (Don) McCarver of Dixon; one brother, Jon Schrock (Melissa Womack) of Rock Island; one sister, Jessica (Terry) Klinder of Dixon; and two stepsisters, Jessica (Lalo) McCarver and Jennifer (Mike) Cathey both of Dixon.

She was preceded in death by her father, James Allen Schrock.

A gathering of family and friends will be Friday, February 7, 2020 from 9 to 11 a.m. at Chapel Hill Funeral Home in Dixon. The memorial service will be Friday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to Serenity Hospice.
