Jazz Artists Maureen Christine, Michael Bazan to Perform Music of the 1920s at McHenry County College

Singer Maureen Christine and woodwind artist Michael Bazan bring their talents to McHenry County College on Sunday, Feb. 9 at 3 p.m. with “Ain’t Misbehavin’: Songs of the Roaring Twenties.” The performance will be held in the Luecht Auditorium, 8900 U.S. Highway 14 in Crystal Lake.

Maureen Christine is a national recording artist and award-winning singer known for her crystal-clear voice. She has opened for Willie Nelson, shared the stage with pop star Barry Manilow, and performed for astronaut Buzz Aldrin. Michael Bazan is an esteemed music educator and professional woodwind player. They will be accompanied by Grammy nominated accordionist and pianist Don Stille.

The trio will bring to life such 1920s hits as Second Hand Rose, It Had to Be You, Blue Skies, and more.
