MAPLE PARK – The inductees for the 2020 Kaneland Hall of Fame have been announced.
The Kaneland High School Academic Achievement Awards and Hall of Fame ceremony is at 7 p.m. May 4 in the auditorium. There will be a dessert reception before the ceremony at 6:30 p.m. in the lobby. Inductees at that ceremony include Sheila Howard Albano, Class of 1984 in the category of service and Diana Jaskierny, Class of 2002, in the category of personal achievement.
Maria Dripps-Paulson will be inducted into the Hall of Fame in the category of commitment during the Senior Recital/Music Awards program in the Kaneland High School Auditorium on May 11 at 6 p.m. A reception will take place in the auditorium lobby at 5:30 p.m.
The following individuals/teams will be inducted in the categories of Individual Athletic Achievement or Teamwork on May 20 at 6 p.m. in the Kaneland High School Auditorium. A dessert reception will take place at 5:30 in the cafeteria. Everyone is welcome to attend.
Phil Christensen, Class of 2008; Ryan West, Class of 1998; Jim Bishop, Class of 1975; Logan Markuson, Class of 2010; Nick Sinon, Class of 2010; the 2010 4 x 400 Relay Team of Tommy Whittaker, Derek Bus, Edgar Valle and Logan Markuson; and the 2010 boys track team.
