Silver Cross fundraiser slated

The Silver Cross Foundation is partnering with three local Culver's restaurants to raise money for the New Lenox hospital's heart care program.

People can have a portion of their bill donated by request when dining at the following Culver’s restaurants from 3 to 8 p.m. March 10: 219 S. Larkin Ave. in Joliet; 421 E. Lincoln Hwy. in New Lenox; and 15940 S. Farrell Road in Lockport.

Silver Cross is in the process of a
$22 million expansion that will accommodate structural heart procedures, the hospital said in a news release.
