Riippi named retail manager for Heartland Bank

SYCAMORE – Jay Riippi has been named the retail manager for Heartland Bank and Trust Co.’s Sycamore office located at 1985 DeKalb Ave.

Having advanced his banking career through several retail banking roles, Riippi is responsible for ensuring value and top-of-the-line service to bank customers, as well as retail employee development and training.

Riippi has more than 30 years banking experience. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia College. He is a current board member for the Egyptian Theatre and last year participated or attended more than 50 events in the DeKalb area. Originally from DeKalb, Riippi now makes his home in Batavia with his wife and sons.
