Plano police arrested Nicholas Torres, 39, of the 4400 block of Klatt Street, Plano, on a charge of domestic battery at 11:09 p.m., July 1 in the 4400 block of Klatt Street. Torres was taken into custody and transported to the Kendall County Jail in Yorkville to await a bond hearing.
