DePue School: Building, operations closed for COVID-19 precaution

DePue — As a precaution to the recent COVID-19 outbreak, the building and operations of DePue's school district will be closed until further notice, the district announced on social media on Sunday.

Lunch service will be rescheduled for Friday. The district asks parents continue monitoring emails, BCR alters, Facebook and Remind for further information.

The district said, "We have no knowledge of any confirmed cases of school staff. We are exercising great caution for the protection of our community."

DePue Unit School District 103 serves students from preschool through 12th grade in the village of DePue.
