Faith Jones crowned 2020 Harvard Milk Days Queen

Faith Jones has been crowned the 2020 Harvard Milk Days Queen and will receive an $1,800 scholarship from the Harvard Milk Days scholarship program.

Jones is a senior and home-schooled. She plans on attending college to study communications or public speaking and minor in music or musical theater.

As the 2020 Harvard Milk Days Queen, Jones will participate in the 2021 Miss McHenry County Pageant and 2021 Milk Days activities, along with the 2021 Harvard Milk Days Queen.

This year's Harvard Milk Days Queen coronation was done virtually July 25 because of COVID-19. Participants were judged on their personal interviews and their speech.

The first and second runner-ups received scholarships for $800 and $400, respectively.
