Driving while license revoked

Plano police arrested Ernest Pirofalo, 51, of the 800 block of West Charles Street, on a charge of driving while license revoked, after a traffic stop at 8:42 p.m. Oct. 2 in the area of Route 34 and Mitchell Drive. Pirofalo was taken into custody and transported to the Plano Police Department, and was released on his own recognizance with a date to appear in Kendall County Court.

Driving while license suspended

Plano police arrested Elizabeth Root, 39, of the 2200 block of Georgetown Circle, Aurora, on a charge of driving while license suspended after a traffic stop at 2:08 p.m. Sept. 29 in the area of Route 34 and Eldamain Road. Root was released on-scene and was given a date to appear in Kendall County Court.

Domestic battery

Plano police arrested Rayanne K. Curry, 23, of the 2900 block of Courtney Street, on a charge of domestic battery after responding to a disturbance call at 9:12 a.m., Oct. 2, in the 2900 block of Courtney Street. Curry was taken into custody and transported to the Kendall County Jail in Yorkville to await a bond call.

No valid license

Plano police arrested Yirohn Jackson, 18, of the 3700 block of Hoffman Street on a charge of driving without a valid license after a traffic stop at 9:54 p.m. Oct. 4 in the area of Route 34 and Waubonsee Drive. Jackson was placed under arrest and transported to the Plano Police Department, where he was later released on his own recognizance and was given a date to appear in Kendall County Court.
