Sheriff's deputies took a report of a theft at 8:32 a.m. Oct. 12 in the 0-99 block of Crooked Creek Road in unincorporated Kendall Township. Police said the loss in the incident was estimated at less than $500.

Hit-and-run crash reported

Sheriff's deputies took report of a hit-and-run crash that occurred at 8:17 p.m. Oct. 12 on Route 126 and County Line Road in NaAuSay Township. Police said they are investigating.

Vehicle damaged in Boulder Hill

Sheriff's deputies took a report of criminal damage to property at 8:55 a.m. Oct. 11 at a residence in the 0-99 block of Sheffield Road in Boulder Hill. Police said deputies were told that someone had broken the windows of a vehicle. Police said they are investigating.

Domestic battery

Sheriff's deputies responded to a report of a domestic battery at 9:05 p.m. Oct. 10 in the 1300 block of Galena Road in Little Rock Township. Police said their investigation into the incident is continuing.

Theft report

Sheriff's deputies took a report of a theft at 8:30 p.m. Oct. 10 in the 5000 block of Minkler Road in Oswego Township. Police said their investigation into the incident is continuing.

Theft investigation continuing

Sheriff's deputies took a theft report at 1:12 a.m. Oct. 8 in the 3000 block of Bristol Ridge Road in Bristol Township. The investigation is continuing, police said.

ID theft reported

Sheriff's deputies took a report of an identity theft at 6:22 p.m. Oct. 7 in the 16000 block of South Stonewall Drive in Fox Township.

Jewelry reported stolen

Sheriff's deputies were notified of the theft of jewelry at 6:11 p.m. Oct. 6 in the 2600 block of Kennedy Road in Bristol Township. Police said they are investigating.

Property damage charge

Sheriff's deputies arrested Matthew A. Hagen, 40, of the 0-99 block of Laurie Lane in Oswego Township, on a charge of criminal damage to property after they responded to a report of property damage at 6:24 p.m. Oct. 8 in the 100 block of Laurie Lane. Police said the suspect was transported to the Kendall County Jail in Yorkville pending court proceedings.

Domestic battery reported

Sheriff's deputies responded to a report of a domestic battery that occurred at 12:38 a.m. Oct. 9 in the 1000 block of Light Road in Oswego Township. Police said their investigation is continuing.

Theft report

Sheriff's deputies responded at 3:29 a.m. Oct. 9 to the 3000 block of Bristol Ridge Road in Bristol Township to a report of a theft. Police said they are continuing their investigation.
