Will County Felony Files: Oct. 20, 2020

Raekwon Campbell, 24, of Joliet was arrested by the Illinois State Police and booked into the Will County jail Oct. 16 on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a weapon and armed habitual criminal.

Orlando Cisneros, 27, of the 1200 block of Luther Avenue in Joliet was arrested by the Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail Oct. 17 on charges of burglary.

Shmeek Johnson, 23, of the first block of North Waller Avenue in Chicago was arrested by the University Park police and booked into the Will County jail Oct. 18 on charges of possession of a weapon and aggravated assault.

Franklin Kinney, 29, of the 300 block of Water Street in Joliet was arrested by the Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail Oct. 17 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Natalie Negray, 22, of the 200 block of Washington Street in Streator was arrested by the Crest Hill police and booked into the Will County jail Oct. 16 on charges of possession of a controlled substance.

Bismark Opare, 26, of the 400 block of Butterfly Road in Bolingbrook was arrested by the Bolingbrook police and booked into the Will County jail Oct. 18 on a charge of aggravated battery.

James Thomas, 49, of the 4600 block of 36th Avenue in Kenosha, Wisconsin, was arrested by the Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail Oct. 18 on a charge of theft.

Daniel Velez-Diaz, 35, of the 600 block of Francis Street in Joliet was arrested by the Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail Oct. 18 on a charge of armed robbery.
