At a glance: The top five teams and individuals from the Alleman, St. Bede and Oregon regionals will be competing. A-L-O won its first regional championship in school history at St. Bede. Other incoming boys regionals champions are Rockford Christian and Sherrard. Regional champions on the girls side are Alleman, Rock Falls and Winnebago. The PHS and Amboy girls look to carry their momentum from qualifying from the St. Bede Regional. Flights of ranked runners will be utilized again to restrict the numbers on the course at one time.
