Shelly A. Guynn, 57, of Spring Valley was charged with no valid driver’s license and driving an uninsured motor vehicle on Sixth Street near Spalding Street at 10:49 a.m. Oct. 31.
Vehicle burglary
From Oct. 24 to Oct. 26, the Spring Valley Police Department received multiple calls of burglaries to motor vehicles. An investigation ensued and police quickly were able to pinpoint a suspect. Following an interview, the suspect, Donald L. Lusietto, 35, of Spring Valley, was charged with four counts of burglary to motor vehicle. He was subsequently transported to Bureau County Jail to await a bond hearing.
Criminal trespass
Haley J. Wollack, 20, homeless was charged with criminal trespass to state supported property in the 400 block of West Erie Street at 10:27 p.m. Oct. 28.
Telephone harassment
Felicia N. Muncy, 27, of Peru was charged with harassment by telephone in the 400 block of West First Street at 11:30 p.m. Oct. 23.
Accident
A two-vehicle accident involving Douglas Barnes, 51, of Princeton and Victor S. Romero, 38, of Spring Valley occurred in the intersection of Dalzell Road and Route 6 at 5:30 p.m. Oct. 27.
Deer accident
A vehicle driven by Eric S. Finley, 33, of Spring Valley struck a deer in the intersection of Old North Road and Route 6 at 11:15 p.m. Oct. 29.

A 14-year-old Tiskilwa boy was charged with domestic battery in the 15000 block of 1000 North Avenue near Tiskilwa at 1:46 p.m. Oct. 31.

Zacheriah Key Avila, 22, of Walnut was arrested in Bureau County Jail at 2:11 p.m. Oct. 28 on a warrant for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
