DeKALB – It’s the time of year when the weather is gets cold and food for animals is becomes scarce. The DeKalb Public Library will host a Family Fun Science program to build bird feeders.
The event will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 14, at Welsh Park in DeKalb.
Recycled items will be used to make the seed holders, then they’ll be decorated and birdseed added.
Social distancing and masks will be required. Participants should dress for the weather. Tables will be available, but feel free to bring your own camping chairs.
