Latrice Nakiesha Dotson, 25, of the 2300 block of Meadow Avenue in Chicago was arrested by sheriff’s police and booked into the Will County jail Nov. 5 on charges of identity theft.

Carmen Edwards, 54, of the 100 block of South Highpoint Drive in Romeoville was arrested by the Romeoville police and booked into the Will County jail Nov. 5 on a charge of unlawful restraint.

Dartrell Joseph Halmon, 18, of the 2100 block of South Second Avenue in Maywood was arrested by the Bolingbrook police and booked into the Will County jail Nov. 5 on a charge of burglary.

Kyle Johnson, 18, of the 2100 block of Solano Drive in El Paso, Texas, was arrested by the Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail Nov. 5 on charges of robbery and aggravated robbery.

John Norris, 55, of the 600 block of Patterson Road in Joliet was arrested by the Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail Nov. 5 on a charge of aggravated battery.

Patrick Otchere, 18, of the 700 block of Honeytree Drive in Romeoville was arrested by the Romeoville police and booked into the Will County jail Nov. 5 on charges of possession of a firearm with defaced serial numbers and aggravated unlawful use of a weapon.
