Raise one at Tin Roof Tavern

Cam Plotner, 25, of Sterling, co-owner of Tin Roof Tavern, hopes to bring in business with a new spin on the former home of Cochran's Pub, 13464 Galt Road. On Feb. 25, Triple P BBQ will take over the kitchen and start serving its popular fare. Plotner and co-owner Matt Wells, 29, also of Sterling, have added a double-glass door leading out to a new patio, among other features, and are taking reservations for benefits and fundraisers in the venue's massive space.
