Letter: Thank you, Fox Valley Animal Hospital

To the Editor:

I am compelled to commend the dedicated staff at Fox Valley Animal Hospital in Crystal Lake. As a lifelong pet lover, I have had three dogs since moving to this area. Whether they needed routine check ups, medical care, or surgeries, the professionals at Fox Valley have been wonderful.

One extraordinary employee, Pam (whose middle name must be "Empathy"), has been supportive, reassuring, and compassionate. Above and beyond the call of duty aptly describes her exemplary interaction and involvement with our family.

Thank you, Pam and Fox Valley Animal Hospital staff, for all your care and concern through the years.
