Mooseheart Holiday Lights Show returns Friday for 11th season

Will run through Dec. 31 at Mooseheart campus

MOOSEHEART – The Mooseheart Holiday Lights show will return for its 11th year today.

The show traditionally runs from the day after Thanksgiving through New Year’s Day – and this year’s show is no exception. The show kicks off at 5 p.m. on Black Friday and closes at 9 p.m. Dec. 31.

The show is open from 5 to 9 p.m. each night. Visitors to this year’s show will enjoy 1.8 miles of light displays. While some old favorites will be seen, there are always new displays to discover – and even returning displays are placed in different spots.

Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the popular Santa Claus evenings have been canceled this year. However, anyone who wishes to mail a letter to the North Pole can do so from a special Tommy Moose Mailbox – and delivery to Santa is guaranteed.

Another difference to the show this year is the admission price. A suggested donation of $20 is requested – but visitors are encouraged to come and enjoy the show and give what they can. All proceeds from the show benefit Mooseheart.
