Burglary

A wallet reportedly was stolen or misplaced between 12:45 and 5:30 p.m. Jan. 3 from an unlocked vehicle in the 400 block of North York Street.

DUI

• Adam Pozzi, 30, of the 1600 block of West Ogden Avenue, Chicago, was charged at 12:48 a.m. Jan. 1 with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to signal and improper lane use at First and York streets.

• Deanna Lowe, 28, of the 400 block of Huntington Street, Gary, Indiana, was charged at 1:15 a.m. Jan. 1 with driving under the influence of alcohol, domestic battery, driving without headlights when required and illegal transportation of alcohol at North Avenue and Route 83.

• Shadonay Freites, 23, of the 1800 block of South 50th Avenue, Cicero, was charged at 1:45 a.m. Jan. 1 with driving under the influence of alcohol and operating an uninsured motor vehicle at Thorntons, 476 N. York St.

• Jason Alexander, 39, of the 600 block of South 18th Avenue, Maywood, was charged at 4:57 a.m. Jan. 1 with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, improper lane use and driving without headlights at North Avenue and York Street.

• Karen Stephenson, 53, of the 300 block of Alpine Drive, Gilberts, was charged at 12:27 a.m. Jan. 5 with driving under the influence of alcohol, operation of an uninsured motor vehicle, improper lane use, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and injury to city property at Route 83 and St. Charles Road.

• Lizbeth Contreas, 20, of the 2900 block of West 42nd Street, Chicago, was charged at 6:21 a.m. Jan. 6 with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane use, no driver’s license on person, consumption of alcohol by a minor and illegal transportation of alcohol at North and Glade avenues.
