Bears WR/RB Cordarrelle Patterson will play Sunday

DBs Johnson, Skrine are inactive

Chicago Bears wide receiver Cordarrelle Patterson (84) gets past the outstretched arms of Detroit Lions cornerback Amani Oruwariye (24) during their game at Soldier Field in Chicago.

Bears veterans Cordarrelle Patterson, Allen Robinson, Khalil Mack and Akiem Hicks will all play Sunday against the Jacksonville Jaguars, despite entering Sunday designated as “questionable” due to injuries.

Inactive with injuries for the Bears on Sunday are cornerbacks Jaylon Johnson (shoulder) and Buster Skrine (concussion), as well as tight end Demetrius Harris (foot). Johnson and Skrine missed the entire week of practice and had already been ruled out. Healthy scratches include offensive lineman Lachavious Simmons, nose tackle Daniel McCullers and receiver Riley Ridley.

Patterson (knee) will play despite missing the entire week of practice. Robinson (hamstring), Mack (shoulder) and Hicks (ankle) will all play despite dealing with injuries during the week. So will defensive back Deon Bush (foot), defensive end Mario Edwards Jr. (hamstring), defensive tackle Bilal Nichols (knee) and defensive back Duke Shelley (knee/foot).

Jacksonville rookie running back James Robinson (ankle) is inactive for the Jaguars. The Rockford native has been having a breakout season after going undrafted out of Illinois State in the spring.

The Bears and Jaguars kick off at noon on Sunday.
