Craft swap set for Jan. 22 in DeKalb

DeKALB – The DeKalb Public Library will host a craft swap for patrons to donate and shop for craft supplies.

The swap will be at 6 p.m. Jan. 22 in the library’s Nancy D. Castle Collaboration Studio, 309 Oak St.

Participants can shop for craft supplies. Attendees also will be able to donate gently used, new or clean craft supplies. The donations can be dropped off at the swap or the adult services desk. Items accepted for donation include sewing patterns, craft kits, fabric, jewelry-making supplies, adult coloring books, sewing and embroidery thread, craft books, yarn hooks and needles and sewing notions. Children must be accompanied by an adult. No registration is required to attend.
