First team
Drew Gaston, sr., G, Indian Creek - A unanimous all-Little 10 selection, Gaston averaged 17.5 points, five assists and 2.5 steals per game for the Timberwolves. He also broke the 1,000-point scoring mark for his career.

Cameron Russell, sr., G, Indian Creek - The senior put up 17.3 points per game as the Timberwolves won the LTC regular season and tournament for the second straight year. He also averaged 8.1 rebounds four assists and 3.5 steals per game.

Martez Jackson, jr., G, DeKalb - The point guard nearly double his scoring average and assists over the last few weeks of the season as he worked his way into the DeKalb starting lineup. He averaged 9.5 points, 4.8 rebounds and 5.1 assists and was an honorable mention selection in the DVC.

Xavier Gagnepain, jr., F, Sycamore - The senior powered the Spartans this year, averaging 15.4 points, 7.6 rebounds, 2.2 assists and a steal per game. He also shot 55% from the floor and was a unanimous all-conference selection in the Interstate 8.

Lane McVicar, jr., F, DeKalb - Providing some size for the Barbs, McVicar averaged 11.2 points, 7.1 rebounds and two assists per game while shooting 37% from 3-point range. After the Barbs went 10-0 to win their second straight DVC title, McVicar was a unanimous selection to the first team.
