PEMBROKE TOWNSHIP — Kankakee County Sheriff’s Police arrested Juan Carlos Valdez-Pizarro, of Pembroke Township, who is alleged to have been responsible for the weekend stabbing of a 21-year-old man in rural Pembroke Township.
At approximately 10:17 p.m., Dec. 14, deputies responded to the area of the 2200 block of South 14490E Road regarding a reported stabbing at a party, the news release said.
After finding the victim, they advised the victim had been stabbed in the neck, a sheriff’s press release said.
