Joliet City Council member Cesar Guerrero, and three other candidates, will not be on the ballot in April, Will County Clerk Annette Parker says. Guerrero said Tuesday night he plans on being on the ballot as Joliet Township supervisor candidate.

A forum for Joliet City Council at-large candidates will be held on Feb. 19 at the Joliet Public Library on Ottawa Street. Joliet residents may submit questions in advance.

The League of Women Voters of Central Kane County are hosting a series of candidate forums for the April 1 consolidated election in contested races for Batavia, St. Charles and Geneva mayor and city council.
