Princeton’s Arthur Burden has committed to play football for Aurora University
On X (formerly Twitter), Burden said, “I’m excited to announce I’m committing to Aurora University to continue my football career. I’m thankful for every person along the way that helped me achieve this.”
Burden, a first-team Three Rivers Mississippi All-Conference linebacker, played a key role in helping the Tigers make the last three Class 3A quarterfinals. He led the Tigers defense with 98 tackles, including 10.5 TFLs and 4.5 sacks.
He also had seven receptions for 148 yards and three touchdowns.
Aurora, which is coached by former Buffalo Bills Super Bowl star Don Beebe, finished 9-2 last year, falling to Hope College in the Division III playoffs.
