Photos: Firefighters respond to a house fire in Peru

Firefighters work the scene of a structure fire at 906 26th Street in Peru. Peru fire was called shortly after 4:30 p.m. for a structure fire on Sunday Nov. 7, 2021. Fire departments from Spring Valley, La Salle and Oglesby were called to the scene. The fire originated in the kitchen. (Scott Anderson)
