Photos: La Salle Rail Bridge receives annual repairs

A crew performed regular annual maintenance on Thursday, March 17, 2022, to the La Salle Rail Bridge that spans more than a half mile over the Illinois River at La Salle. Some steel I-beams were replaced along with regular deck maintenance. The bridge is operated by Buzzi Unicem that uses the private rail line between Oglesby and La Salle. (Scott Anderson)
