A La Salle County grand jury convened Tuesday and returned the following indictments:
- Richard S. Sievert, 63, of Peru (aggravated battery);
- Quenten A. Harmon, 25, of Green Ridge, Missour (unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon; unlawful possession of a controlled substance);
- Joseph J. Urso, 51, of Montgomery (threatening a public official; intimidation; two counts of violating an order of protection);
- David R. Snyder, 52, of rural Marseilles (domestic battery);
- Christopher M. Berlepsch, 37, of rural Oglesby (two counts of possession of child sexual abuse images);
- Constantine Darsaklis, 66, of Rockford (burglary);
- Brandon J. Dawson, 39, homeless (burglary; unlawful possession of a controlled substance);
- Charles A. Rogers, 65, of Streator (burglary; possession of burglary tools);
- Gerald E. Bedecker, 50, of Streator (stalking; two counts of criminal damage to property; burglary);
- Timothy W. Seefeldt, 50, of Ottawa (burglary);
- Todd C. Gray, 34, of Streator (possession of a stolen motor vehicle; aggravated battery);
- William R. Byrne, 44, of La Salle (resisting a peace officer);
- Jesus Duarte, 48, of La Salle (driving while revoked).
