La Salle County grand jury: Tuesday, January 14, 2025

A La Salle County grand jury convened Tuesday and returned the following indictments:

• Richard S. Sievert, 63, of Peru (aggravated battery);
• Quenten A. Harmon, 25, of Green Ridge, Missour (unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon; unlawful possession of a controlled substance);
• Joseph J. Urso, 51, of Montgomery (threatening a public official; intimidation; two counts of violating an order of protection);
• David R. Snyder, 52, of rural Marseilles (domestic battery);
• Christopher M. Berlepsch, 37, of rural Oglesby (two counts of possession of child sexual abuse images);
• Constantine Darsaklis, 66, of Rockford (burglary);
• Brandon J. Dawson, 39, homeless (burglary; unlawful possession of a controlled substance);
• Charles A. Rogers, 65, of Streator (burglary; possession of burglary tools);
• Gerald E. Bedecker, 50, of Streator (stalking; two counts of criminal damage to property; burglary);
• Timothy W. Seefeldt, 50, of Ottawa (burglary);
• Todd C. Gray, 34, of Streator (possession of a stolen motor vehicle; aggravated battery);
• William R. Byrne, 44, of La Salle (resisting a peace officer);
• Jesus Duarte, 48, of La Salle (driving while revoked).
