GIRLS BASKETBALL
Henry-Senachwine 37, Midland 33: Kaitlyn Anderson scored 19 points, including the 1,000th of her career, on Wednesday to lead the Mallards to a victory in a Tri-County Conference Tournament consolation semifinal in Roanoke.
She also grabbed 13 rebounds and swiped two steals for Henry, while Lauren Harbison contributed nine points, two rebounds, a steal and an assist.
Fieldcrest 50, El Paso-Gridley 43: TeriLynn Timmerman scored 19 points to lead the Knights to a victory in a Heart of Illinois Conference/McClean County Tournament consolation semifinal in Minonk.
Macy Gochanour had 18 points for Fieldcrest (11-10), which used a 17-4 run in the third quarter to erase a nine-point halftime deficit.
Pru Mangan added nine points and nine rebounds for the Knights, who will play Fisher in the consolation final on Saturday.
GIRLS BOWLING
At Mendota: Mendota’s Lauren Holland placed second in the Three Rivers Conference Meet at the Elks Lodge.
Erie-Prophetstown won the team title, followed by Kewanee, Mendota and Hall-Putnam County.

Kewanee 71, Putnam County 43: The Panthers lost a nonconference game in Granville.
Fieldcrest 55, Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley 50: Jordan Heider poured in 24 points to lead the No. 3-seeded Knights to a victory over the No. 6 Falcons in a Heart of Illinois Conference/McClean County Tournament quarterfinal Tuesday in Bloomington.
