St. Charles Episcopal Church donates to Elgin PADS

The Racial Justice Committee with St. Charles Episcopal Church donated a $2,106 check to Elgin PADS after the fires in the homeless encampment destroyed much of their possessions.

The money will be used for the PADS outreach program, assisting with food, clothing and personal care items.
