GIRLS BASKETBALL

Batavia 70, Glenbard North 59

Tessa Towers led Batavia (2-3, 1-1) with 27 points, while Brooke Carlson chipped in 18 points. Nicole McLaughlin and Morgan Haug each had 6 points each.

Burlington Central 56, Jacobs 32

Taylor Charles had 13 points and 15 rebounds to pace the Rockets (5-0, 3-0). Elana Wells had 13 points and four assists Becca Carani followed up with nine points.

St. Charles East 40, Wheaton Warrenville South

Torrie Kortan had 12 points, all on 3-pointers, for the Saints (3-1, 3-0). Emma Yakey had nine points, also all on threes. Lexi DiOrio had eight points.

BOYS BASKETBALL

Burlington Central 56, Jacobs 38

Gavin Sarvis led the Rockets (4-0, 4-0) with 15 points and 10 rebounds. Carson Seyller had 12 points and six rebounds while Nick Carpenter had 11 points and five rebounds.
