Niche, at 14 S. Third St., Geneva, is looking to expand into the neighboring space at 12 S. Third St., a now closed retail space, to create its own boutique to complement the restaurant.

An 1877 building at 427 E. State St., Geneva, formerly used as office space, will be converted into a dine-in/carry out chicken restaurant to be called HoneyBird.

Caroline Scheeler, who owns Caroline Shop and Interiors at 9 N. Third St., Geneva, is the new owner of 101 S. Third St., a two-story 1867 building where Odalisque, and Artemisia are located.
