Kaneland School District 302 to host Return to Learn job fair Wednesday

MAPLE PARK – After approving a plan March 18 to bring elementary and middle school students back to the classrooms five days a week after spring break, Kaneland School District 302 is holding a job fair to hire additional staff members.

According to the district’s website, the job fair is scheduled for Wednesday, March 24 from 8 a.m. to noon at Kaneland High School’s east gym.

Open positions include lunch and recess monitors at the district’s elementary schools, elementary student check-in gatekeepers, middle school check-in gatekeepers, bus drivers, school nurses, paraprofessionals and substitute teachers.

Those interested in any of the positions can also submit an application online.

Students at Kaneland High School will remain in an alternate day hybrid learning model.
