Batavia Girl Scouts show sweet gratitude to Kane Vax Hub

BATAVIA – Local Batavia Girl Scouts troops donated 50 boxes of cookies to staff and volunteers at the Kane Vax Hub, 501 N. Randall Road, Batavia.

According to a news release from the Kane County Health Department, each year after cookie sales, the Girl Scouts of Northern Illinois donate cookies to those serving their community. This year, these troops choose the vaccination site because they appreciate the time and effort that the Kane Vax Hub gives to the community in Batavia.

The Kane Vax Hub sees patients by appointment only, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. subject to change depending on vaccine supply, Tuesday through Sunday.
