The goal of St. Charles Restaurant Week is to showcase St. Charles restaurants and incentivize patrons to support them.
Hosted by the St. Charles Business Alliance, St. Charles Restaurant Week will run Feb. 21 to Feb. 25. The event will offer 15% discount on a total bill that is $20+ (excluding tax, alcohol, and gratuity) at select St. Charles restaurants.
“This is a great opportunity for people to experience the amazing dishes and delicacies at St. Charles restaurants while supporting St. Charles businesses,” St. Charles Business Alliance Executive Director Jenna Sawicki said in a news release from the St. Charles Business Alliance. “St. Charles Restaurant Week offers a unique opportunity for people to enjoy the restaurants they love, while also having a chance to try something new. We hope everyone can get out during the week to support our restaurants and show how much we care for what they do for and offer our community.”
Last year, St. Charles Restaurant Week focused on supporting restaurants through the motto, “Carry Out to Carry On,” and supporting restaurants through carry out. While the incentive this year will apply for indoor dining, the sentiment will remain the same as the Alliance wants to help support St. Charles restaurants as many of them were heavily and negatively impacted due to the COVID-19 pandemic, according to the release.
The Alliance is also hosting a gift card giveaway, where people have a chance to receive a gift card back to a St. Charles restaurant. Individuals can enter to win gift cards to St. Charles restaurants by submitting a copy of a receipt from a participating restaurant to the St. Charles Business Alliance.
