• Maria D. Nevarez Lott, 47, of the 200 block of Deer Lane, Sleepy Hollow, was charged at 9:38 p.m. Dec. 22 with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and operating an uninsured vehicle.
• Sarah Judith Polick, 23, of the 2200 block of Bird Lane, Batavia, was charged at 12:21 a.m. Dec. 23 with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident/ driving too fast for conditions.
• Gerardo Hernandez, 41. of the 500 block of South Lincoln Avenue, Aurora, was charged at 12:05 a.m. Dec. 26 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without lights when required and having an oustanding warrant.
• Paul R. Jensen, 66, of the 2200 block of Fairfax Road, St. Charles, was charged at 6:52 p.m. Dec. 27 with driving under the influence of alcohol and operating an uninsured vehicle.
• Michelle Cristina Cortez, 26, of the 34W300 block of Courier Avenue near St. Charles, was charged at 3:01 a.m. Jan. 18 with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident

Jazmin Vargas-Chacon, 39, of the 600 block of Orange Street, Elgin, was charged at 5:40 p.m. Jan. 12 with retail theft.
