Geneva police reports for: Dec. 19-20

• Randy D. Atkins, 35, of the 0N8000 block of Country Life Drive, Maple Park, was charged Dec. 19 with driving under the influence, driving without headlights when required and transportation of open liquor by a driver.

• Robert L. Bauer Jr., 58. pf the 5N800 block of Ravine Drive, Campton Township, was charged Dec. 20 with driving with a revoked license, not driving on the right side of a four-lane road and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. Police were called to the 200 block of North Randall Road in response to a crash about 3:20 p.m. Witnesses told police Bauer attempted to pass another driver on the western shoulder of North Randall Road, where he struck a PACE bus sign, the report stated. Bauer’s vehicle returned to the road, hit the rear of another vehicle, continued east through the southbound traffic lanes, struck and drove over the median and hit the guardrail on the east side of the road, the report stated. Court records show Bauer has a court date on Jan. 11.

• Brendan T. Adams, 19, of the 300 block of South Sixth Street, St. Charles, was charged Dec. 21 with underage drinking.
