• Kyle L. Vandeune, 24, of the first block of Simpson Street, Batavia, was charged March 12 with driving under the influence, illegal transportation of alcohol, unlawful possession of marijuana, driving without insurance and driving with one headlight.
• Yvonne S. Talip, 38, of the 1700 block of Indian Avenue, Aurora, was charged March 5 with driving under the influence, driving with a blood alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving too fast for conditions. Police responded to a report of a crash in the 1900 block of South Kirk Road shortly before midnight and found a silver 2018 Dodge Durango that drove from the southbound lane into the northbound lanes, over the curb and into an empty field, reports stated.
• Noemi Parada Navarez, 39, of the 600 block of South Batavia Avenue, Batavia, was charged March 6 with driving under the influence.
