• Danny W. Kreider, 43, of the 1700 block of South Fifth Place, St. Charles, was charged Oct. 12 with leaving the scene of a property damage accident. According to reports, Krieder’s white 2013 Infiniti G35 passed another vehicle on the right in the intersection of East State Street and Glengarry Drive, striking the rear passenger side bumper.
