Sandwich Speech Team finishes sixth at Seneca Irish Invitational

Sandwich High School’s Speech Team won six place at their second tournament of the season on Saturday, Dec. 14, 2024, at the Seneca Irish Invitational. Their next tournament will take place on Saturday, Dec. 21, 2024, at the Byron Holiday Classic.

The Sandwich High School’s Speech Team earned sixth place at their second tournament of the season on Saturday at the Seneca Irish Invitational.

Placing in their individual events were: Jazz Kubas and Danny Sparti (fifth place in Dramatic Duet Acting), team captain Caroline Gomes (second place in Declamation), team captain Grace Anderson (tournament champion in Declamation), Daliyah Oberhart (second place in Poetry Reading) and Danny Sparti (fourth place in Radio Speaking).

The team will compete again on Saturday, Dec. 21, at the Byron Holiday Classic for their last tournament before holiday break.
