The Wolves jumped out to a 20-8 lead after a quarter and went on to the nonconference win. Desiree Merritt scored 19 points, Maggie Lewandowski 18 and Aubrey Lamberti 15 for Oswego East (7-7).

Plano 56, Parkview Christian 24

Josie Larson scored 15 points, Chloe Rowe had 10 points and Nylah Matthews nine points for the Reapers (15-3).

Boys Basketball

Plainfield North 61, Yorkville 36

The host Tigers, leading the Foxes 30-27 at halftime, outscored them 17-1 in the third quarter to pull away for the Southwest Prairie Conference win.

Braydon Porter scored 11 points, Joey Jakstys six and Gabe Sanders five for Yorkville (7-8, 2-4).

Oswego junior Sunnie Bowker led all bowlers in the match with a 632 series on games of 192, 205 and 235. Samantha Watson had a 525 series which included a 201 in the first game of the match.

Boys Swimming

Oswego’s TJ Veach won the 100 and 200 freestyle. Tony Huntz won the diving competition. Ethan Schrader won the 100 butterfly.
