Plano 65, Johnsburg 60

Gabe Steele scored 19 points, Vinny Cesario had 11 points and 12 rebounds, Taron McGowan scored 12 points and Kevin Martinez had 11 points and nine rebounds for the host Reapers (10-8, 4-1 KRC), who rallied from a 10-point halftime deficit to hand Johnsburg its first conference loss.

Yorkville 61, Plainfield East 54

Gabe Sanders scored a game-high 21 points and freshman Joey Jakstsys scored a season-high 15 points for the Foxes (8-10, 3-6 SPC), who snapped a six-game losing skid. Braydon Porter chipped in with 10 points.

Sandwich 52, Woodstock 50

Sandwich, trailing by eight at half, rallied by giving up only 16 second-half points.

Griffin Somlock scored 16 points, Dom Rome had 15 points and seven rebounds and Quinn Rome scored nine points for Sandwich (10-9, 3-2 KRC).

Oswego East 57, Joliet Central 21

Mason Lockett scored 11 points, all in the first half, Damien Lewandowski added eight and Myles Buchanan seven for the Wolves (15-5, 8-1).

Newark 75, IMSA 72

Payton Wills had 27 points, five rebounds and five steals and Reggie Chapman 23 points and 10 assists for Newark (11-7). Dylan Long added eight points and nine assists and Jimmy Kath eight points and nine assists.

Plano 61, Rochelle 31

Josie Larson scored 19 points, Chloe Rowe 13 and Sanai Young 11 for Plano (19-3, 6-1 KRC).

The Reaper boys bowling team finished their season at the regional tournament in Dekalb on Friday. The high series for Plano went to Shawn Vazquez while Dillan Johnson had the high score of the day for the Reapers. Also competing for Plano were Gavin Kellett, Camden Winkler, Ryan Dye, and John Gorgius.
