A Montgomery man has been charged of being in possession of child sexual abuse images following an investigation.
Tylor Kinley, 25, is charged with four felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images, according to a news release from the Montgomery Police Department. On Tuesday, the Montgomery Police Department executed a search warrant at a residence in the 2500 block of Simon Drive in conjunction with an investigation that began in 2023, according to the release.
The Kendall County State’s Attorney’s Office approved the charges. Kinley was taken into custody without incident by the Montgomery Police Department and transferred to the Kendall County Jail to await a pretrial detention hearing, according to the release.
