Josie Larson had 15 points, six rebounds, four assists and three steals as the Reapers (22-3, 9-1) won their program record 22nd game and their record 14th win in a row. Chloe Rowe added 10 points and 12 rebounds and Nylah Matthews had eight points and 12 rebounds.

Sandwich 42, Richmond-Burton 34

Sandwich’s Hannah Treptow scored her 1,000th career point in the win. Alayla Harris scored 11 points, Kayden Corneils 10 and Treptow and Bailey Frieders seven in the win.

Boys Basketball

Yorkville 69, St. Charles North 54

Gabe Sanders scored 17 points, Christian Harrell 13 and Braydon Porter 12 for the Foxes at the Ernie Kivisto Shootout at East Aurora.

The Foxes (11-13), trailing 15-11 after a quarter, exploded for 23 points in the second quarter for a 12-point halftime lead.

Bosco Prep (Ind.) 86, Yorkville Christian 83

Jayden Riley scored a career-high 44 points and Noah Aguado added 10 for the Mustangs.

Somonauk 54, Newark 37

Reggie Chapman had 14 points and five assists and Payton Wills had nine points and three rebounds for Newark (13-11).

Providence 51, Sandwich 41

The Indians (14-11) came up short despite holding Providence to 13 second-half points. Dom Rome scored 14 points and Noah Campbell eight for Sandwich.

The Wolves beat East Aurora at East Aurora’s Kivisto Shootout.

Girls Wrestling

Hinsdale South Regional

Oswego East finished fifth and Oswego seventh at the Hinsdale South Regional. Oswego East’s Quinn Janssens won the 140-pound title and Jessica Stover won the 170-pound title. Oswego’s Aaliyah Roldan won the title at 120.

The Reapers had three wrestlers qualify for the Geneseo Sectional. April Martinez and Jacky Diaz placed second and Bella Prchal third.
