Open Roads ABATE Chapter honored for excellence at 2025 State Seminar

Six Open Roads ABATE of Illinois, Inc. Chapter members attended the 2025 State Seminar on Jan. 17 and 18 held in Springfield with other members from around the state.

They attended several training sessions regarding Chapter Camaraderie, Talking to Representatives, Officer Responsibilities, Legislative Updates, Safety and Ed, Legal Services and Membership.

Members who attended this year’s State Seminar were Sam and Sharyl Mataya, Diana Rebechini, Tracey Supan and Cliff and Linda Oleson.

The chapter was recognized for Perfect Attendance at Board of Director meetings in 2024, donations for Safety and Ed program, Meeting of the Minds, Public Relations, Legislature and State PAC.
