Yorkville School District is asking for input from parents and community members to help school staff brainstorm the future of the district's facilities.

Oswego School Board President LaTonya Simelton, School Board Vice-President Eugene Gatewood, Board Secretary Jared Ploger and board member Jennifer Johnson did not file their nominating petitions by the Nov. 18 deadline. There are four seats open on the board.

Dist. 308 parents and community members had the chance to provide their thoughts about the district’s curriculum, facilities and a number of other topics during a recent public forum.
