Boulder Hill man arrested on charges of battery, resisting arrest

Kendall County sheriff’s deputies arrested Nicholas E. Luxich, 39, of the 20th block of Saugatuck Road, Boulder Hill, at 2:41 p.m. May 15 at his residence while responding to a report of a battery and trespass to a motor vehicle.

In a statement, the sheriff’s office reported that Luxich allegedly attempted to damage state supported property and resisted arrest as deputies conducted their investigation at the scene.

Oswego Fire Protection District paramedics transported Luxich to Rush Copley Medical Center in Aurora. Upon his release, deputies transported him to the Kendall County Jail in Yorkville.

The sheriff’s office said Luxich faces charges of battery, resisting arrest and attempted criminal damage to state supported property. He posted bond and was released pending a court appearance, according to sheriff’s office records.
