Chicago man arrested on aggravated battery to a peace officer charge in Boulder Hill incident

Kendall County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested German V. Sarabia, 22, of the 900 block of North Ridgeway Avenue, Chicago, while responding to a report of domestic violence at 12:47 a.m. May 16 at a home on Circle Drive East in Boulder Hill.

In a statement, the sheriff’s office said Sarabia was charged with aggravated battery to a peace officer.

Sarabia was transported to the Kendall County Jail in Yorkville where he posted bond and was released pending court proceedings, according to sheriff’s office records.
